1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Steady platform (healsplit.com), including all services, features, and content provided therein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Steady platform. Your continued use of Steady constitutes your acceptance of these terms as they may be modified from time to time. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this service.

2. Description of Service

Steady is a digital platform designed to provide informational and entertainment content related to wellness, personal development, and lifestyle optimization. The service offers curated resources, tools, interactive features, and community engagement capabilities accessible through our web-based interface at healsplit.com. Steady provides access to articles, guides, tracking features, and general wellness information intended to complement, not replace, professional medical or psychological consultation.

The platform is offered on an as-is basis, subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Steady at our sole discretion, with or without notice to users. Such modifications may include changes to features, functionality, pricing, or availability.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Steady, you must create a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree to provide truthful information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and current. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fee and Billing

Steady operates on a subscription model with a monthly fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00 USD). This subscription fee provides access to the full suite of Steady features and services. Billing occurs on a monthly basis on the same day each month that your subscription commenced, unless you select an alternative billing cycle option if available.

You authorize Steady to charge your designated payment method on file for the monthly subscription fee. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other digital payment options as specified during registration. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If a payment fails due to expired or incorrect payment information, we may suspend your account access until payment is successfully processed.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Steady subscription at any time by accessing your account settings and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting our support team using the contact information provided in Section 12. Cancellation requests submitted prior to your monthly billing date will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period. Cancellations submitted after your billing date will take effect in the following billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, your access to Steady will terminate at the end of your paid billing period. We do not provide access extensions or proration of fees for partial months of service. To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the automatic monthly renewal date. If you cancel and later decide to reactivate your subscription, you will be required to set up a new account, and any promotional pricing or benefits previously applied may not be available.

4.3 Refund Policy

Steady maintains a strict no-refund policy for subscription fees paid. Because the service provides immediate access to digital content and features upon payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel within a specified timeframe after your initial purchase. This applies to monthly subscription fees, any promotional pricing, and any other services purchased through the platform.

Exceptions to this no-refund policy may only be made at the sole discretion of Steady management in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized account access. Requests for consideration of refunds under these exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to our support team within thirty days of the transaction in question. Approval of any refund request outside the stated policies is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4.4 Price Changes

Steady reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Current subscribers will be notified of any price increases at least thirty days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of Steady after notification constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect without penalty.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, features, and functionality available on the Steady platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio files, video content, software code, and interactive elements, are the exclusive property of HealSplit or its content licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Steady for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any content from Steady without express written permission from HealSplit. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the platform.

Any user-generated content you submit to Steady, including but not limited to comments, posts, or feedback, grants HealSplit a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the platform and related marketing. You retain ownership of your user-generated content but agree that HealSplit may use it without compensation to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealSplit, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

In no event shall HealSplit's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of Steady exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for consequential or incidental damages, and therefore some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Entertainment/Informational Purpose Disclaimer

7.1 As-Is Provision

Steady is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. HealSplit makes no warranty that Steady will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. HealSplit does not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the platform is suitable for any particular purpose.

7.2 Entertainment and Informational Purposes Only

You acknowledge and agree that Steady is provided solely for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes. The content, features, tools, and resources available on Steady are not professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical advice, psychiatric or psychological advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional wellness consultation.

Under no circumstances should you consider any information, content, or recommendations provided through Steady as a substitute for professional consultation with a qualified healthcare provider, mental health professional, licensed counselor, attorney, financial advisor, or other appropriate professional service provider. The platform does not create a professional relationship between you and HealSplit, and HealSplit is not providing professional services through this platform.

7.3 Medical Disclaimer

Steady is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. If you are experiencing health concerns, symptoms, or medical conditions, you must consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice, delay seeking medical care, or stop taking prescribed medications based on information obtained from Steady.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call emergency services in your jurisdiction immediately. Steady cannot and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The content on Steady is general in nature and may not be applicable to your individual circumstances.

7.4 Mental Health and Psychological Disclaimer
